AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND CB Training Center
The network of CB Training Center or its affiliates or subsidiaries, is comprised of various Web sites and Web pages. The services are offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the CB Training Center Web Site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices. Your use of a particular CB Training Center website included within the CB Training Center Web Sites network may also be subject to additional terms outlined elsewhere on that website (the “Additional Terms”). Additionally, the CB Training Center Web Site may themselves contain additional terms that govern particular features or offers (for example, sweepstakes or chat areas). You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the Site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable, or which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the Site or outside of CB Training Center, or used for reasons beyond those contemplated in this statement. From time to time, we may engage third parties to process your information on our behalf; however, none of use the Site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.

What is SSL?
Secure Sockets Layer protocol keeps your customer’s credit card and personal information safe as it is transferred over the internet, by encrypting or scrambling the data using an SSL certificate. Contact your hosting provider, as they may offer you a shared certificate. For more secure transactions, a private certificate can be purchased through a third party vendor such as Verisign or Go Daddy. This is viewable on your site, and allows your customers to see that your business identity has been verified, potentially increasing credibility with prospective shoppers. Fast Transact Inc requires a minimum 128 bit SSL. A test transaction will be processed to verify correct installation.

Shipping
All items are shipped USPS within 72 hours of your purchase. In the event that an item is out of stock or back- ordered, we will not bill your credit card until the item is shipped to you. We do not ship over the weekend. Purchases may be delivered to your address or to one or many recipients.
Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied for any reason you may return any unused merchandise to CB Training Center within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Products kept for over 30 days without a return request are considered final. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Products being returned must be in NEW condition and in the original factory packaging. Products have a restocking fee of 15% and will require the purchaser to ship the items to CB Training Center at the customers’ expense. Purchaser must obtain an RMA number before returning any product. Electronic items must be returned within 14 days. CB Training Center will cover the cost for shipping to replace items that were shipped incorrectly. Cancellation policy
Orders must be canceled at least 3 business days in advance of ship date to qualify for a refund. Digital products sales are final.
